Members visit their paired residents weekly and often develop close, meaningful relationships with them.</p>","events":[],"facebook":"https://facebook.com/pennalzheimersbuddies","github":"","how_to_get_involved":"<p>Applications for Fall 2026 will open on August 24th. </p>\n<p>Members are expected to visit their buddy at West Park Nursing Home or Atria Senior Living once a week for an hour, excluding certain weekends, such as fall/spring break, or after reading days. They are expected to attend bimonthly reflection meetings and participate in our guest lectures and fundraisers.</p>\n<p>A member in good standing has done most, if not all, their weekly visits and attended most reflection meetings.
