A Bit About PIIC
\nPIIC (pronounced “peak”) is a student-run group at Penn, providing pro-bono consulting services to NGOs and social entrepreneurs worldwide.
\nWe’re committed to empowering social entrepreneurs in developing regions through meaningful work and international on-site visits. We've worked across impact areas including healthcare, education, water sanitation, conservation, and refugee rights.
\nOur consultants work in teams with a partner NGO on deliverables throughout the school year, then travel to the NGO’s headquarters in May. This allows us to build deep engagements with our partners and their communities. Our overall goal is to take what we’ve learned at Penn and during our unique training sessions to create sustainable and long-term social impact for our partners.
\nSince our founding, we’ve made good on our mission to create long-lasting global change. We have visited more than 45 countries, partnering with more than 90 unique NGOs.
