Through meditation, mindfulness practice, and shared reflection, we help members reduce stress and regain clarity in daily life. Grounded in practical, non-sectarian approaches and informed by both Eastern wisdom traditions and modern psychological language, we aim to offer an accessible path for self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaning-making—so students can live, learn, and make decisions with greater presence, resilience, and purpose.
","events":[],"facebook":null,"github":null,"how_to_get_involved":"
Feel free to get in touch with us via Slack group:https://join.slack.com/t/zensocietyatpenn/shared_invite/zt-3pic7p946-6hc~PjOQj7RlqMsVhPL1qw, or email: PennZenClub@outlook.com.
\n
As a new club, we are actively planning our upcoming events and looking forward to welcoming new members.
\n
To learn about what our events look like, please read: https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/CwxFPk3h1V7LJ_OswJd_XA
\n
No prior experience or knowledge of Mandarin required.
","instagram":null,"is_ghost":false,"is_request":false,"linkedin":null,"listserv":"","members":[],"signature_events":"","student_types":[],"target_majors":[],"target_schools":[],"target_years":[],"testimonials":[],"twitter":null,"website":null,"youtube":null,"status":{"id":4,"name":"PRELIMINARY"},"classification":{"id":1,"name":"Graduate","symbol":"G"},"group_activity_assessment":[{"id":8,"text":"None of the above","is_active":true,"order":8}]}
