Description

Red Cross Club at Penn is a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania which acts as a link between the Philadelphia Red Cross chapter and Penn's campus. RCC@P assists in blood drives and acts as a liaison between volunteers and the Red Cross. 

The American Red Cross (ARC) is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education inside the United States.

Today, in addition to domestic disaster relief, the American Red Cross offers services in five other areas: community services that help those in need; communications services and comfort for military members and their family members; the collection, processing and distribution of blood and blood products; educational programs on preparedness, health, and safety; and international relief and development programs
