The Boxing Club at Penn is a fun and inclusive student group that runs regular practices focusing on technique and fundamentals, and advanced practices involving more intricate techniques, strategy, and sparring sessions. We welcome all levels of experience, from beginners to competitive boxers. Expect a fun group workout interspersed with partner drills, fighting philosophy, and practical coaching from experienced boxers. Most members are able to spar confidently after one semester with the club!
On the social side, we often hold gatherings such as club dinners and pay-per-view watch parties for the big fights!
