Check One is the University of Pennsylvania's leading multicultural student association that encourages the celebration of mixed heritage. Our goal is to explore the experiences unique to people of mixed heritage and to empower these individuals to further explore the intersection of their cultural identities.
At Check One, we use “mixed heritage” as an umbrella term—anyone having a mixed background in terms of heritage, culture, upbringing, or ethnicity is welcome to participate, as well as anyone interested in those topics.
