Club Mission

Collective Success at Penn (CSAP) is a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to empowering first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) students. We foster professional development and personal growth by connecting students with a supportive network of FGLI professionals and advocates, and by offering mentorship, career-focused meetings, collaborative events with other Collective Success chapters, partnerships with companies and organizations, and programming designed to support career success.
