Master's Association of Bioengineers (MAB) Mission Statement
The Master's Association of Bioengineers (MAB), a subgroup within Graduate Association of Bioengineers (GABE), at the University of Pennsylvania is dedicated to building a supportive, connected community for bioengineering master's students. We aim to create an inclusive environment that encourages personal and professional success.
Our mission is to:
I. Ease the transition to Penn.
II. Build community.
III. Open doors to research.
IV. Prepare members for life after Penn.
Through these efforts, MAB strives to enrich the academic and personal growth of every member and lay a strong foundation for success during their master's program. We are equally committed to making sure our members have meaningful opportunities to prepare for what comes after graduation. We believe a strong network of peers will support our members throughout their time at Penn and in their future careers, and will help advance the field of bioengineering.
