MEDLIFE Penn is a student organization and the university chapter of the international MEDLIFE NGO. Within MEDLIFE Penn, we are organized into committees: Community Engagement, Fundraising, and Conference. We also collaborate with several other pre-health clubs to sponsor Pre-Health at Penn, a workshop series that hosts panelists to provide insight and advice regarding the pre-health track.
Our club has monthly service opportunities to soup kitchens, homeless shelters, local medical facilities, blood drives, and much more. We also host an annual conference in the spring to educate Penn students about global medical issues. Additionally, we organize fundraising events to support sustainable development in South America and are planning a medical brigade trip to Costa Rica at the end of the year.
