Debate Society

As a student group at the University of Pennsylvania, we field teams to over fifteen tournaments per semester, including the World University Debate Championships and topping off our season in the spring with the American Parliamentary National Tournament. In addition to competing, we also host college and high school debate tournaments that attract hundreds of debaters from universities and high schools across the nation. Over the course of the year, we have accumulated several accolades including: top speaker awards, top novice and varsity team finishes, and multiple national qualifiers.
