Club Mission

Ballet at Penn, formerly Penn Ballet, is a student-run organization created to allow dancers of any level at the University of Pennsylvania to share their love of classical ballet despite demanding academic commitments. We are the only student group at Penn dedicated to ballet. The Performance Company is an audition-based community of experienced dancers who love learning, teaching, and performing classical and contemporary ballet repertoire. The Company rehearses regularly to put together a show for a large audience of friends and family each semester. Members of the Company help those without much ballet experience to discover the art form, supporting them in furthering their technique and performance quality through our free weekly open classes. We invite all Penn students to be part of our ballet community and create art together.
