Penn Meditation and Buddhism Club (PMBC) is a student club dedicated to helping our members and community practice mindfulness and meditation while also learning more about Buddhism. We offer weekly meetings that begin with a guided meditation and are followed by an engaging discussion of a topic relating to mindfulness, Buddhism or anything that is helpful to our members. We also offer a weekend meditation retreat to the local Won Buddhism Center, regular meditation sessions throughout the week, and more!
