Club Mission

Formerly known as Penn Cares for Kids, we are a club at Penn that facilitates volunteering for children with cerebral palsy.

The HMS School supports children with cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, and neurological impairments by helping them become more independent and improving their quality of life. Volunteers will have a unique opportunity to work with nurses, therapists, and HMS staff to support a wonderful group of students and patients through a variety of therapies and recreational activities while providing them with companionship. Our volunteers have assisted with a range of activities, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, dance/movement therapy, and special education.
