FAQ

Most Recent
Question: How much of a time commitment is Dhamaka (in hours per week)? - Anonymous

The time commitment is variable based on the time of year (i.e. the hours per week is very different depending on whether there is no upcoming performance vs. competition next week). Expect 8 - 12 hours a week of dancing on average, with less or more depending on the time of year. Know that the team understands school is a priority and that we can be flexible based on your workload during certain times of year -- if you have a big upcoming test, for example, we can work around it as long as you let us know early enough.

Question: When are tryouts for the fall? - Anonymous

Tryouts will be the weekend of 09/04, and you can come either that Saturday or Sunday. We will keep you updated on the exact timing and location. We will also have plenty of social events and opportunities to meet the team prior to that!
