Founded in 2013, Penn Enchord is the premier Chinese-Western fusion a cappella singing group at the University of Pennsylvania. Its members come from student bodies of both the undergraduate and graduate schools of Penn and from beyond the Penn community.
We host a concert every semester and sometimes are invited to perform at events held by other clubs and organizations. We make our original a cappella arrangements for most of the songs we sing and the audience have enjoyed them during the concert. We mostly sing in Chinese and English but sometimes we also sing songs in other languages such as Japanese and Spanish.
