Club Mission

Welcome to the Fly Fishing Society at Penn! (FFS) We are a passionate group of University of Pennsylvania students dedicated to promoting sustainable practices, environmental stewardship, and nurturing connections in aquatic ecosystems. Our club aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for fishing enthusiasts of all skill levels to learn, practice, and share their love for fly fishing.

We offer a range of activities, including regular fly fishing trips to various locations, educational workshops on fishing techniques, gear maintenance, and environmental conservation, as well as guest lectures from experts in the field. Our members also engage in water resource management and ecological restoration projects, ensuring that we give back to the environment we so cherish.

Whether you are a seasoned angler or a complete beginner, our club offers a supportive community to develop your skills, share your knowledge, and make lasting friendships. Join us as we cast our lines and reel in adventure, all while making a positive impact on the aquatic ecosystems we enjoy.
