Club Mission

The Happiness Club is a student-run group at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to spreading awareness about the importance of finding happiness and contentment with oneself. From 1988 to the present day, overall happiness has gradually decreased while overall unhappiness has gradually increased, especially in the United States. That warm feeling is essential for a healthy lifestyle, which reduces stress, boosts your immune system, protects your heart from cardiovascular disease, and increases life expectancy. In essence, happiness is essential for a longer and more content life.
