Question: Can general members of KDSAP participate in the trainings and screenings? How will the trainings and screening be held this semester? - Anonymous

Yes. To attend our screenings, you must participate in our trainings but our trainings are open to everyone. For Fall 2023, we will be holding a general training session in late September open to everyone. Attendance at this session is required in order to volunteer at our screenings this semester. We will be holding four screenings this semester, so stay updated with our listserv to receive the sign-up forms for those!

Question: How do I sign up to be a member of KDSAP? - Seungwon Lee

Complete this interest form https://forms.gle/47CAhau7KmQ18c3cA and we will add you to the email list. To be able to go to our screenings, you will need to complete a training session. There are no applications required to be a general member, but if you are interested in getting more involved, you can apply to one of our committees. (Fall 2023 applications will be released 9/5!) Also, you can join our GroupMe to receive quick updates and ask questions. Check out all relevant links here: https://linktr.ee/pennkdsap

How to Get Involved

Members can volunteer at our monthly screenings, and in order to volunteer at a screening come to at least one clinical training session.

If you are interested in taking a leadership role in the organization (organizing screenings, shadowing, meeting alumni and affiliated physicians), you can join our many committees as a deputy director.
