Club Mission

1. Foster an intellectual and social community amongst majors, minors, and fellow travelers by enriching their academic experience and organizing social events such as movie-screenings, discussions, etc. at the University of Pennsylvania;
2. Serve as a liaison between students and faculty;
3. Serve as peer advisors;
4. Collaborate with the Undergraduate Chair on informational sessions on topics such as study abroad, research, honors, graduate paths, etc.;
5. Produce Penn Philosophical Perspectives, the Philosophy Department’s student journal;

  • The Penn Review of Philosohy is the premier undergraduate journal of Philosophy at Penn. It publishes the very best of students' class essays, thesis papers, interviews, and ciritcal reviews from any philisophical tradition or perspective. If you're interested in getting involved or submitting a piece for consideration, send an email at pennreviewofphil@gmail.com!

6. Publicize opportunities for students to collaborate and venues for them to report their achievements; and
7. Collaborate with related departments, e.g. PPE.
