Founded in 1933, Penn Student Agencies (PSA) is a collection of entrepreneurial student-run businesses— the home of firstServices, Penn Visual Solutions, Corporate Services, Williams Cafe, and The Record. PSA is part of a national network of student-run organizations, with sister chapters such as Harvard Student Agencies, Princeton Student Agencies, and Student Agencies Incorporated at Cornell.
Throughout its history, PSA’s unique experiential learning model has provided a chance for students to apply their entrepreneurial skills through the management of a student-run non-profit organization. Regardless of major or career interest, student participants develop entrepreneurial and business skills and receive invaluable experience and a competitive salary from working at PSA. Many of our graduates have gone on to lead financial services, consulting, non-profit, and retail enterprises.
