Women in Consulting (WinC)

Women in Consulting (WinC) empowers students at the University of Pennsylvania who are passionate about consulting. Our mission is to build a strong network of knowledge, mentorship, and opportunity by fostering connections, supporting members through every stage of the recruitment process, and creating spaces for learning, collaboration, and growth. While our programming is designed to highlight and support the experiences of women in consulting, we welcome all students who share an interest in consulting and in promoting equity within the industry. Through case partnerships, tailored workshops, mentorship programs, and networking events with industry leaders, we equip our members to enter the consulting field with confidence and impact.
