Women In Trading at Penn is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania, and the first female student group across U.S. colleges to provide a community for women in the trading industry. Our goal is to (1) foster and provide support for a diverse community of women interested in trading, (2) raise awareness of gender diversity in the ever-growing trading industry, (3) help like-minded women at Penn build long-term connections and friendships.
