We are a Penn student community that explore various practices such as meditation (e.g. chakra, transcendental, Buddhist, sound), yoga (e.g. vinyasa, kundalini), breathwork (e.g. Wim Hof method, psychedelic) among others to explore <ins>altered states of consciousness</ins> and their effects on our emotions - whether it's stress alleviation, energy, love, or ecstacy. 
As individuals with our personal emotions, we come together and share in a loving space of mutual care and connection with the common goal of healing, growing, and exploring. 
SESSIONS: We host <ins>regular sessions</ins> (usually on the grass) and try out various practices each time so we can find out what suits our individual needs and styles, and <ins>special experiences</ins> such as ice baths, dance/movement meditation, sound bowls, fire meditations, shamanic retreats. All are welcome to host your own meditation circles and retreats, and suggest special experiences.
