Club Mission

The Promoting Excellence and Achievement at Penn (PEAP) Club is a mentorship program dedicated to empowering and supporting high school students of color in their transition to young adulthood (including, but not limited to, applying to colleges, trade schools, entrepreneurship, and/or other postsecondary pathways).

This is a hybrid organization (primarily online) which offers group sessions, when in-person, and one-on-one mentorship with a matched high school junior/senior.

We not only work with high schoolers in Philadelphia but across the tri-state area. The objective is to bridge the gap between high school and higher education, providing insights into college life and opportunities.
