Rueda Penn Casino (RpC) is a Cuban Salsa student dance group of the University of Pennsylvania. RpC offers free, open dance lessons every week. We strive to have zero barries to entry: No membership dues, no applications, no auditions, no performance obligations, no curriculum commitments, no BS. Accordingly, we welcome beginners who have never dance before just the same as experienced dancers. We provide an avenue for students to constructively de-stress, stay active, and learn by participating in our lessons. Above all else, because switching partners is an integral part of Rueda de Casino, students are encouraged to connect with new members of the Penn community, as well as with dancers from the greater Philadelphia area.
