The Wharton Undergraduate Statistics Society (USS) is your resource for all things statistics at Penn. The Wharton Undergraduate Statistics Society is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania. Each year, the USS puts on a plethora of fun and engaging events, broadly under three categories:
- Events: Professional development opportunities like research panels, professor talks, and coding workshops; social events like pizza mixers, study breaks, and course advice!
- Academic Journal: Sharing statistical research on our website and writing articles each semester.
- Tutoring: Volunteer tutoring opportunities for middle school students in the West Philadelphia community.
The USS operates in a three-tier structure:
- Executive board
- Committee members
- General body members
To become a general body member, attend our events. Join committees by completing our application form at the beginning of each semester.
