The Penn Weightlifting Club is dedicated to olympic weightlifting, the art of two lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. The club provides programming of training sessions based on individual members' needs and goals. The club also holds video analysis sessions of professionals as well as members' own lifts. We hold weekly virtual workout sessions through Zoom for anyone to join -- no equipment needed.
