Club Mission

Wharton's premier investment club focused on education and engagement surrounding private investing in PE/VC.

Committees:

Corporate Outreach (CO) -- Develop skills in sourcing and investor relations. Build relationships between club members and industry professionals. You will learn about the industry and build personal connections through tangible experiences.

--

Investment Analysis (IA) -- Develop advanced financial analysis skills. IA students will develop pitches for potential PE and VC targets, building a keynote pitch and an associated financial model to win top national PE competitions.

--

Industry Projects (IP) -- Apply theoretical skills to the real world. This team provides pro-bono consulting services to local entrepreneurs looking to sell their businesses while practicing valuation skills (LBOs, DCFs, merger models).
