Women in Leadership Series

Women In Leadership Series (WILS) strives to connect Penn students with established female leaders in a variety of fields through seminars, discussions, and workshops. WILS was founded by six undergraduate women who recognized the severe shortage of women in leadership positions at Penn. We believe that by cultivating relationships between successful female leaders and Penn students, we can motivate more women to strive for positions of leadership at Penn and beyond.
