Our Mission

Penn Women in Computer Science (WiCS) is a student group that aims to foster a community for students who support the advancement of women in tech at the University of Pennsylvania. Our purpose is to support and promote students who identify as women in CS by encouraging discussion and raising awareness regarding issues surrounding women in computer science. WiCS is open to all students, regardless of gender, gender identity or sexual orientation, who support the mission of WiCS.

Hi, thanks for asking! You can hit the subscribe bell on our Penn Clubs page to be added to our listserv and receive our weekly emails about events and meetings. At our first general body meeting, we will discuss ways to get more involved in WiCS. Keep your eyes out for the WiCS newsletter for details about the upcoming meeting!
