Club Mission

Women's Club Ice Hockey. We are a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania that is compromised of undergraduates and graduate students and beginners. We practice and play home games at the Class of 1923 Arena. Our season runs from September to February with around 20 games a season and two practices per week.

We have skates and sticks (and other gear) available for use, though we recommend you bring your own if you have them.

We practice 2x a week, once in the morning before classes and once in the evening. Practice is not mandatory, we just ask that you make what you can! If you have any further questions or are interested in joining our team, don't hesitate to reach out to pennwomenicehockey@gmail.com.

Hi there! We practice twice a week (tuesday evenings and friday mornings) and have 1-2 games each weekend. Sessions are not mandatory but strongly encouraged as it helps team bonding and is the best way to improve your skills.

Question: Hi do you recruit new members in Spring 2023? - Anonymous

We accept expirenced players in the spring. All new-to-hockey players can start in the fall. We only have until the end of January to add players to our roster, so please email pennwomenicehockey@gmail.com ASAP if you'd like to join.
