Fall Welcome Event

Hi everyone, hope you're having a great summer so far! Looking ahead to the beginning of the fall semester, we would love to get everyone together for an intro meeting to discuss our goals for the year. We know everyone's schedules will be different, so we don't have a specific date yet, but we would love some input as to what would work best for everyone. The Student-Athletes in Medicine (SAIM) Club at the University of Pennsylvania is dedicated to supporting student-athletes pursuing careers in medicine and healthcare. Our mission is to bridge the gap between athletics and medicine by providing a strong network, educational resources, and mentorship opportunities tailored to the unique experiences of student-athletes or those who have interests in both athletics and medicine.

Through guest speaker events, clinical exposure, research opportunities, and peer support, we strive to empower our members to excel both on the field and in their medical aspirations. SAIM fosters a collaborative environment where student-athletes can navigate the challenges of balancing rigorous academics, athletic commitments, and pre-medical preparation.

We are committed to building a community of future healthcare professionals who understand the intersection of sports and medicine, with a focus on leadership, resilience, and service.
