<p>AllyPods is a virtual platform that seeks to provide students with additional resources for their well-being. AllyPods hopes to alleviate challenges that may arise in getting started by uniquely matching students with peers who can genuinely relate to their experiences/challenges with a culturally sound clinician facilitating group discussions. Students will be matched to a virtual pod (group) for 6 weeks and partake in conversations with their peers on ways to improve their well-being.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In addition to the virtual pods, AllyPods will operate as a student group on campus, meeting once a week with meetings focused on conversations and activities associated with improving wellness.&nbsp;</p>
