At Penn, Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) strives to help any undergraduate student of any major build their portfolio and learn what professionalism looks like. ALPFA is a per-semester long commitment with no business experience required. &nbsp;
ALPFA was the first national Latino professional association in the United States, established in Los Angeles in 1972. ALPFA continues to build upon its legacy with a mission: To empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy.
For those looking to take their involvement to the next level, consider joining one of our committees focusing on event planning, marketing, or finance. This is an excellent way to gain leadership experience and directly impact our chapter's success. You can also participate in our mentorship program, either as a mentor or mentee, to connect with professionals in your field of interest.
