<p>Established in 2004, the Penn Bioethics Journal is the premier peer-reviewed undergraduate bioethics journal, hosted by the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine. Published papers are on a wide variety of topics, from neuroethics to xenotransplantation and everything in between. Our call for papers goes out to undergraduate and graduate students across the globe. The acceptance process is very competitive with submissions undergoing an initial review, a small-group review, and, if warranted a final review by the full editorial board of approximately 30 students.</p>

The Penn Bioethics Journal is the nation's premier peer-reviewed undergraduate bioethics journal.

The Penn Bioethics Journal is peer-reviewed and known as the 'premier undergraduate bioethics journal' in the world. We screen and edit bioethics research paper submissions from across the world to decide what to publish. We then work with the authors to edit their pieces.

I have greatly enjoyed my time with the Penn Bioethics Journal. We publish our journal once a semester, and, in addition to the research papers, in each issue we include an interview with a professor who is doing interesting work in bioethics. The journal is a great way to have a larger exposure to the field and to work with some really tricky topics.
