The Black Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Collective (BUEC) is a student-run organization at Penn dedicated to making entrepreneurship accessible to undergraduate students by providing the tools and resources needed to launch their own ventures through the Black Founders Incubator, a 10-week program designed to teach the fundamentals of building a startup and help students create a minimum viable product. BUEC aims to cultivate a supportive community of entrepreneurs, enhance the visibility of established founders, and facilitate connections with diverse venture capitalists and funding sources to drive professional growth and entrepreneurial success. While our focus is on empowering entrepreneurship, BUEC is open to all Penn undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of identity, to join, engage in programming, and support our mission to uplift entrepreneurship.
