<p><span style="color: rgb(51,51,51); background-color: transparent; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Build A Boss is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to empowering and uplifting young women with skills that are vital for personal and professional growth. Our club is committed to building a group of confident female leaders, equipped with the skills necessary to tackle the various challenges of young adulthood. We provide interactive, impactful lessons on a wide range of topics, from resume building to emotional wellness. Most importantly, we place the values of inclusivity and diversity at the core of our mission. We prioritize developing socially conscious leaders, not just within the Penn undergraduate student body, but also within the greater Philadelphia community. In line with these goals, we have partnered with Academy at Palumbo to facilitate meaningful conversations and provide mentorship opportunities that will allow these young women to reach their fullest potential.</span></p>
