First generation and/or low income students are at a disadvantage when it comes to competing for jobs and internships. Collective Success at Penn (CSAP) is a professional development network and a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to providing support for first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) students. We leverage a local network of FGLI professionals and advocates from the Collective Success Network to support the needs of FGLI students through mentorship, networking, and programming.&nbsp;&nbsp;
