Penn Conscious Living is a welcoming student organization where students can find peace, purpose, and community through music meditation, mindfulness, bhakti yoga, and conscious living practices. Our mission is to support emotional well-being and inner growth by offering simple tools for balance, stress relief, and mindful living. Inspired by timeless Vedic wisdom and modern wellness principles, we host music meditation, guided mindfulness, reflective discussions, workshops, and community dinners. We are open to all students in Penn, from every background and faith and no prior experience is required.&nbsp;
