These sessions will invite graduate students to move and get back into their bodies through short warm-up and training sessions in classical and contemporary dance techniques, followed by exploratory and creative tasks.
The aim of this club is to open the space for aural and kinetic means of communication, as well as exploring other sensorial ways of thinking, within a fun, relaxed, and inquisitive movement training opportunity.
Anyone interested in finding balance between desk work, mindfulness, screen time, and creativity through movement is welcomed!
