Graduate open

These sessions will invite graduate students to move and get back into their bodies through short warm-up and training sessions in classical and contemporary dance techniques, followed by exploratory and creative tasks.&nbsp;
&nbsp;The aim of this club is to open the space for aural and kinetic means of communication, as well as exploring other sensorial ways of thinking, within a fun, relaxed, and inquisitive movement training opportunity.&nbsp;
&nbsp;Anyone interested in finding balance between desk work, mindfulness, screen time, and creativity through movement is welcomed!
