Joining GRC
GRC recruits new members each semester through an application and interview process. We hold information sessions and coffee chats beforehand so prospective members can meet the team. No prior consulting experience is required.
What membership looks like
Members join a project team and work directly with a client over the course of the semester, led by a Project Leader. Teams meet weekly with additional client-facing meetings throughout the engagement.
Beyond client work
- Finance and consulting recruiting preparation
- NYC Career treks to firms including BCG, Bain, Cornerstone
- Case competitions, including our Bain case competition (F'26)
- Social events throughout the year and an end-of-year formal
- An active alumni network across consulting, finance, and industry
