<p>Hearts for the Homeless (H4H) Penn is a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania dedicated to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable populations in the local Philadelphia area through free mental and physical health screenings, education, and outreach opportunities for students who wish to contribute to our effort.</p>
