Penn Bites of Asia is a student-run organization that introduces students to authentic Asian cuisines. Our mission is to feature and delve into the major regional cuisines of various Asian countries not only of their origins, but also their fantastic, unique flavors. 
We will host affairs where students can both have a taste of distinctive Asian cuisines and learn the culinary skills in making them. Local food truck and restaurant chefs who specialize in these types of cuisine will also be invited as guest speakers to demonstrate their culinary approaches. Furthermore, this club will collaborate with charity organizations, providing community service opportunities for those who are interested (e.g. Ronald McDonald House meal preparation).
We welcome both students who are curious about Asian cuisines and Penn Asian students yearning for genuine Asian cuisines in spite of its rarity around the Penn community. We look forward to depicting a more authentic picture of Asian cuisines with their original backgrounds, thereby adding a new piece to the diverse puzzle of Penn community.
