What is Effective Altruism at Penn? We are a group of Penn students united by the desire to do the most good. We run an Introductory Fellowship, host discussions and talks, and connect students to resources and opportunities to do high-impact good during and after Penn.
What is effective altruism? Effective altruism is a community focused on using evidence and reason to do the most good – across global poverty/health, animal welfare, and existential risks (AI, pandemics, climate) – through philanthropy, policy, and high-impact careers.
