<p>Penn Kidney Disease Screening and Awareness Program (PennKDSAP) is a student-run organization that provides free kidney health screenings and health education to underserved communities. We provide programs geared towards improving the health of underserved populations. In addition to screenings, we have five committees engaged in initiatives for health education, professional development, marketing, community outreach, and screening operations.</p>

I got to participate in clinical volunteering as an undergrad

I really enjoyed having direct interaction with real patients from Philadelphia

It felt good to connect with and serve communities around our area by providing people with a free health screening and access to HUP doctors
