FBLA Collegiate’s mission is to inspire and support students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences. FBLA Collegiate is the largest collegiate business student organization in the world. The PENN chapter of FBLA Collegiate takes part in the FBLA Collegiate National Leadership Conference, hosts unique career development programs, and organizes workshops for its members. FBLA Collegiate's PENN Chapter is the premier business-leadership club focused on networking, mentorship, and career development.

The PENN chapter of FBLA Collegiate has open membership to any interested student. As part of our career development and mentorship programs, our chapter is committed to proving support to students in the summer internship recruiting process. FBLA Collegiate hosts numerous events throughout the semester focused on hirevue video interviews, superday preparation, and industry-specific events. The PENN Chapter of FBLA Collegiate is a student organization at the University of Pennsylvania.
