If you are interested in powerlifting, this club is for you. We hold group lifts every week and attempt to get stronger in squatting, benching, and deadlifting. We will go to official powerlifting meets together, but if you prefer to not compete, that's okay too. This club will also compete as a team at USAPL Collegiate Nationals. 
This club will work together closely and is affiliated with Penn Barbell Club (meet recaps will be posted on the barbell club instagram account), but is for those with a focus in the sport of powerlifting.
