Pen to Paper is a student organization dedicated to creative writing. Through workshops, critique circles, mentorship, and other activities, we hope to cultivate and uplift the creative voices of students coming from marginalized backgrounds. Often, people with these identities feel pressured to speak solely about one experience or not speak at all. We want Pen to Paper to be an avenue through which everyone can write freely. Whether you’ve had a fascinating idea swimming around your mind for ages but don’t know where to start or you’d like some advice on how to best move your story along, we’re here to help you finally put pen to paper!
Members are not required to have any prior creative writing experience. Anyone interested in joining needs only to come with their imagination and a pen!
