The Philadelphia Alliance for Labor Support (PALS) is a group for students at Penn and community members in West Philadelphia who are birth and postpartum doulas! We host birth doula trainings in the fall and spring semesters and a postpartum doula training over the summer. We also connect our volunteer doulas to families at the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania for birth and postpartum support.&nbsp;
